Sub denumirea “Circuitul Bisericilor Medievale” a fost înfiinţat un circuit turistic tematic ce îşi propune să ofere celor interesaţi informaţii detaliate despre moştenirea culturală şi religioasă unică, păstrată în Bazinul Carpatic. Acest circuit este menit să prezinte moştenirea ecleziastică medievală a unei regiuni formate din Ungaria de nord-est, Transcarpatia şi partea nordică a teritoriului numit Partium. Circuitul parcurge obiective din judeţul Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg din Ungaria, judeţul Satu Mare din România şi regiunea Transcarpatia din Ucraina, teritorii strâns legate de rădăcinile istoriei comune.Monumentele şi locurile memoriale din colţul nord-vestic al teritoriului numit Partium, cu puţine excepţii nu sunt considerate printre cele mai cunoscute destinaţii turistice, deşi valorile lor artistice şi culturale ar merita pe bună dreptate un interes mai ridicat. Pe lângă castele ruinate sau restaurate exemplar, ce poartă urmele diferitelor epoci şi stiluri, alături de locurile memoriale ale unor personalităţi celebre ale literaturii, un grup important al obiectivelor turistice este format din vestigiile moştenirii medievale ecleziastice: biserici predominant reformate din satele şi fostele orașe-târg. Traseul sătmărean al circuitului leagă opt biserici medievale, în care au fost amenajate expoziţii permanente sau pot fi accesate prezentări despre istoria acestor monumente, despre destinele parohiilor şi moştenirea materială păstrată.
Cu ajutorul aplicaţiei interactive "Circuitul Bisericilor Medievale" puteţi afla informaţii despre destinaţiile turistice aflate pe ruta circuitului. Locaţiile mai însemnate sunt prezentate prin materiale scrise şi prin imagini, respectiv în unele cazuri prin conţinuturi audiovizuale. Aplicaţia se poate descărca gratuit în versiuni în limba maghiară, engleză şi română.
Conţinutul acestei aplicații nu reprezintă în mod necesar poziţia oficială a Uniunii Europene.

Precise location (gps and network-based) - allows the app to get your precise location using the global positioning system (gps) or network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power
Record audio - allows the app to record audio with the microphone. this permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation
