Body Control Pilates with Lynne Robinson offers a comprehensive programme of exercises that can make a real difference to the way we live our lives, promoting better posture, balance, strength and flexibility. It includes a 30-day Core Challenge that provides a routine every day for a month, dramatically improving Core Stability. Step by step, day by day, it will build knowledge and, through regular Pilates practice, greater control of movement. You will feel and see the results! The routines are encouraged via a daily notification each morning. You will receive a new routine each day when you visit the app, but don't worry if you need to take a break – we'll continue to remind you of the day you have reached. Simply visit the app to pick up where you left off. The app includes your first 14 days of the Core Challenge with the option to purchase the next 16 days for £2.99 or in 8 day sections for £1.99 each.
In a unique feature, you can insert pictures of yourself into the app to compare alignment and positioning with instructors. This facility and others in the app will help to build greater harmony between mind and body, heightening body awareness, improving breathing and posture, mobilizing joints and thereby helping to prevent many common aches and pains such as back pain.
