Full network access - allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. the browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internetWrite web bookmarks and history - allows the app to modify the browser's history or bookmarks stored on your device. this may allow the app to erase or modify browser data. note: this permission may note be enforced by third-party browsers or other applications with web browsing capabilities
