Tucker Merrihew, is a successful Real Estate entrepreneur and high-end luxury home builder, who got his start in the Real Estate business directly out of college at Willamette Mortgage as a Loan Officer back in 2003. Tucker began his real estate redevelopment company by renovating lower end homes and eventually moved up market into mid to higher-end homes. By 2010, he had begun building new construction homes, and in 2013 he became the youngest builder ever to build in the Street of Dreams. His Street of Dreams spec home sold for almost $2 Million as soon as the show was over, making TTM a widely recognized and desired brand for high end homebuyers throughout the Portland Metro area. Today, Tucker and TTM Development Company primarily build higher-end new construction homes throughout Lake Oswego and in other high-end neighborhoods around Portland.
